    Supplements - what is worth taking?

    Been a while since I've done any research whatsoever on supplements and I'd love to hear some current feedback on what is proven to be effective for strength, growth, endurance, etc. There's so much bullshit out there and this has always been a reliable source of info for me.

    Protein bcaas and gluatmine are the main ones I roll with
    Im not a fan of taking a bunch of supplements

    Creatine, NAC, Multi vitamin, Vit D3, Low Dose Daily Cialis

    1000-5000iu vitd (d3) ed
    taurine 1-3g ed
    creatine 3-5g ed (some say worthless but i see the help and its cheap)
    multi vitamin/mineral (pref taken from hole food sources)
    1-2g vitc (spread out into 0.5-1g 2-4x a day )
    protein powder
    ^ basic but highly rec it
