    Bellina Is Back

Well here I am. Been training from home for the past 4 years and the bug is back. A friend got me back in the pit and it was time to feed the beast again. But it's a whole different animal. I'm long and lean. 100% natural (and will always be). Training high reps. No more need to train like an animal. Super strict diet year round. No gluten, no wheat, no sugar, no processed foods, no yeast, no fermented foods. It's like paleo from hell.

Sorry for the bad res. There is very little light in my house.

    WELCOME BACK!!

    Looking Amazing!

I can understand most of the other things you keep out of diet, but why no fermented foods? some are very healthy for you like sauerkraut , miso soup, tempe ect.

Your training..High reps you said. Do you do minimal rest between sets or just a higher rep range?

Minimal rest and higher reps. But I'm starting to pyramid and bit. Mixing it up. I'm just trying to maintain at this point. And tighten up some areas. I used to be a a personal trainer so I'm not short on tricks. Just have been limited working out at home

Why no fermented foods? I have had a problem with systemic candida for years as I've struggled with a pretty serious illness. It may be something I deal with always. When I eat them I feel pretty awful but I do still have miso once in awhile.

Hello Bel, I like the different look. It will be interesting as you add in more low rep sets. Should make the muscle memory kick in and add a little more muscle. You look great btw

    Looking good!

I'd be interested to hear specifics of your diet. I have a very hard time keeping my energy up when I cut out wheat and gluten. Do you have any favorite carbohydrate sources?

    Thanks and welcome back!
